"i totally rocked the vote today. and then the vote was all, knock it off you'll tip the vote over.
ever since last tuesday, when the bastard paper left my protective womb and faced the world on its own, i've had a lot of time to do absolutely nothing. but have i? no, no i have not. since then i've been a whirlwind of productivity. for instance, i've fixed the bookcase shelf that falls once every 2 weeks, washed every article of clothing i've ever worn, organized my notes, saved $8.51 on groceries with my kroger plus card, downloaded an obscene amount of dmx, realphabetized my buddy list, and caught up with the golden girls every night at 6. seriously i don't know how i get all of this done. it's like. overwhelming.
in communication law, the girl who sits to my right has this annoying habit of copying my notes as i'm writing them but today she told me my watch was badass so i let it slide. why? because my watch was badass, and also because that marked maybe the third time this semester she's paid any attention to anything other than my notes. it's one thing when people use you, but it's another thing when people use you without even seeing you."
